THE LAB by BLANC DOUX is a clean beauty brand built on fact based efficacy, founded with the mission to challenge long standing perceptions and practices in the cosmetics industry and to develop products guided
solely by the needs of the customer.

Rejecting performative efficacy tests, concept driven formulas, insufficient ingredient concentrations, and inappropriate ingredient formats that had become industry norms, THE LAB by BLANC DOUX was launched
in 2018 in pursuit of establishing its own standards. However, within an increasingly saturated beauty market,
the brand struggled to clearly differentiate itself due to a lack of a defined identity.

By closely examining both the market landscape and the brand’s existing challenges, we identified underlying
issues and proposed more fundamental solutions. In preparation for global expansion beginning in 2023,
we carried out a comprehensive renewal of the brand identity and website to establish a stronger and more coherent foundation for the brand.
